STOLEN (in Holland)! VW golf I convertible 96-RK-RL

Last night, the night of June 11-12, my Golf convertible was stolen. It was parked down the ‘van Heuven Goedhardlaan’ in Amstelveen (Holland).

Details:
Car type: VW golf I convertible
Licence plate: 96-RK-RL
Colour: Green Metallic (colour code LC6U). The car was repainted only recently, so there were no visible scratches etc.
Chassis number: WVWZZZ15ZNK006776
Total kilometres run: +/- 139000
Year of construction: 1992
Interior: Cream coloured leather interior. Installed only a year ago, without any signs of wear. The door panels are smooth, unlike the originals (they are weavy).
Audio equipment: Sony radio/CD-player, infinity speakers in the back.
Rims/tires: Original classic-line (geschiedet) rims with Michelin 195/50/ R15 tires at the front and 195/50 R15 at the back side of the car.
Miscellaneous: Air-conditioned, new installed ‘zonneland’ convertible rooftop (operated electronically). Electronically operated side windows, towing hook, centrally operated door locks, powered steering, bright headlights, rear lights with white light at the top and red light at the bottom.

Noticable properties:
- New cream coloured leather interior
- Original classic-line decals
- Hella fog lights underneath the bumper
- Totally clear boot, the only thing visible is the boot’s key lock
- Original Volkswagen towing hook
