Super rare and I've never seen it before. A Low Loader or Tieflader.
It was used for Coca Cola machines , Jukeboxes , etc.

Pics don't do this bus justice!
It's the only known original 23 window doubledoor Samba worldwide. They used it for tours at the Wolfsburg factory.
