netjes, Ik zou alleen die grote slangklemmen vervangen voor dikke ty-wraps of van die klemmen die je bij elkaar moet knijpen .

Vanmorgen een berg onderdelen naar het straalbedrijf gebracht:



Daar zal het met behulp van pyrolyse ontlakt wordt (gaat in een oven waar bij 430-480 graden celcius de lak verbrand). Daarna wordt het gestraald en vervolgens wordt het in veschillende dompelbaden gereinigd, voorzien van een antiroest laag en daarna van een mat zwarte beschermende laklaag voorzien. Dit gebeurt allemaal in dompelbaden dus ook de binnenkant van het subframe en draagarmen wordt weer als nieuw.

Zodra het terug is zal ik wat foto's posten.

Powerflex rubbers zijn van polyurethaan ipv het "gewone" rubber.
Daardoor zijn ze een stuk stugger/steviger dan normaal.

Volgens mij heeft Biesheuvel die pagina gewoon letterlijk overgenomen voor de verkoop van hun bussen.
Als je dus de bussen hier ergens vandaan wilt halen, kun je daar terecht.

Dat KTL-lakken wat ze doen is dan (neem ik aan) dat lakproces dat ook in de holle ruimtes alle plaatwerk gelakt krijgt.

Heel gaaf project, daar moet je lef voor hebben om aan heel die elektronica zooie te beginnen!

Dat scheelt dus lekker wat kilootjes waardoor ie straks wat beter trekt en makkelijker terugvalt in toeren.


Ik weet niet als deze gewichtsvermindering nu al dan niet de juiste gaat zijn maar hou er rekening mee dat te licht ook niet goed is, door een veel te licht vliegwiel kan hij namelijk veel te vlug in toeren stijgen, met een pijnlijke rechterarm tot gevolg
