i was in love with the Fox, and just as Pauly i made some pics of the doka too. Not really that nice, but i had never seen a T4 doka done up before.

guys i am tired and isht so i am gonna just tell the rest of the story and throw the other pics into the sub categorys later.
so it was showday: and look who suddently appeared: the crazy bavarans had of course 2 kegs on the doka and where already doing bournouts on the "schwalbe" east german scooter it was 110°C in the shuttle bus we went for dinner with the guys we met at the hotel, also mk1 guys some doushe tryed to burnout with his bmw and lost control over it and rolled it down the ditch luckily his injurys where not life threatening. the afrtermath: in the night our friend jörg also went home with his mk1 on the trailer and on the next morning it was time to bring pauly to the airport in klagenfurt wher he took on his long journey back to the US of A. so i was on my own again and headed north to bavaria again to hook up with our friends and change my fuel tank that had a hole... made my mushrooms again because everyone wanted them... fuel pump was clogged again took another shot of HaPe´s polo g-60 and HaPe showed me a treasure a 1986 scirocco scala, completely oem nothing cut changed or replaced, original 23000km (its for sale) MINT CONDITION i put HaPe´s mom into my passenger seat and we where off to munich where i catched the car train, of course the guys at the train didnt listen to what i said so i got stuck on the on ramp for a minute... i wanted to sleep in the car train but the ac-was broken and i was with 4 snoring guys in a really small space so no sleep this night until we reached hamburg. of course 2 hours late since some idiot committed suicide by jumping in front of the train... i needed to catch up time and was pushing the car over 230 for a while aggavating the big mercedes e220 cdi until they moved over until i suddently lost all power. dayum!!! a hose clamp gave way and the boost hose jumped off the pipe, since my toolbox still is in düsseldorf i didnt had any replacement or tools so i had to call the adac again for a guy with a hose clamp... you see it in the backound driving though danmark again so i missed the ferry...the other ferrys where booked out until in 3 days so they asked me if i wanted to try the stand by line, so i did...after 6 hours of waiting the ferry arrived and i was first in the stand by line,i was lucky for once and made it!! behind me where 2 more cars and that was it, close call! so i made it to the south of norway at midnight and drove through the night with an slightly raised average speed and my car made actually 40mpg because of no traffic, really nice specially since my credit card wouldnt work and i had NO money left. i drove through to bergen where i arrived 1 hour late for work and got fired, that was the end of the assenvipen tour 2011! i hope you enjoed the pics and storyline wich i posted on 5 forums in 3 languages. berlin-düsseldorf (incl, shopsearch in wolfsburg) 600km düsseldorf-übersee (inkl.450km on the flatbed) 710km übersee-reifnitz 262km the usual driving around at the wörthersee and trip to slovenia 450km reifnitz-bergen/norwegen (inkl.800km on cartrain) 2500km =6167km i drove from berln on everythng in the mk1 in bucket seats, show me some respect since my behind is still numm |
