What kind of work needs to be done? Are you looking for regular servicing (in that case the VW dealers should be able to do a reasonable job), or special work, like G-60 overhaul etc?

Just regular service and when things need replacing... the Corrado is from 89 and the Golf from 88 so they are getting old!! lol
I went to Martin Schilder today and they said they probably have mechanics that can do the work but as the cars are old is it worth me paying for their hour costs.... but as I said to the guy I love my cars and they are worth it!
The lader is in good condition and I have been to GForce and will go back if I have problems with it but I just know that wheel bearings and things need to be done

OK I guess Martin Schilder would be a bit expensive for your regular mechanical work on these 'older' cars. Although I live in roughly the same area, I'm not too familiar with the cheaper/better garages out here. I know there's a lot of crappy ones, but couldn't tell you which one would be okay. Maybe someone will chime in here with a good idea...

I know an excellent garage with some real oldschool car knowledge and with reasonable prices, but it's all the way down in Breda.

also try the corrado-forum, at www.corrado-forum.nl. Ask your question there, there are a lot of good mechanics on that forum. And also in your area!!
