Hoi,

Ben met m'n T2 op een richel gereden tijdens de vakantie.
Stuur stond 90 graadjes verdraaid.
Na inspectie blijken de stuur(spoorstangen) verbogen, evenals de pitmanarm waar ze aan vast zitten.
Deze staat niet meer horizontaal maar scheef.
Beide stuurstangen vernieuwd, alles afgesteld, in de hoop dat dat voldoende zou zijn, maar ik ben bang dat ik de pitmanarm moet vervangen.
Is deze goed los te krijgen?
Weet iemand misschien nog eentje te liggen?

Ik noem het onderdeel pitmanarm, maar ben bang dat dit niet goed is, daarom hier een plaatje.
Heet in het duits iets als tussenstuurarm of zo, hoe heet dat in het Nederlands?
Die moet ik dus vervangen, iemand hier ervaring mee, nog tips waar ik op moet letten?

In het Engels noemen ze het een relay lever:

To remove the relay lever and schaft

1. Working under the verhicle, remove the cover plate hat is neath the pedal cluster
2. Disconnect the tie rods, the steering damper and the drang link from the relay lever.
3. To prefent the spring washer from forcing the lever up and damaging the bolt, clamp the relay lever with a glue clamb (lijmtang). Then remove the nut and clamp bolt from the relay lever
4. Remove the clamb and than the relay lever
5. Using a screwdriver, pry the end cap off the bottom of the relay lever shaft mounting (Alternately, you can drive it with a hammer and cold chisel)
6. Pull the relay lever shaft downward.
7. Inspect the endcap, the upper protection cap, and its gasket. Obtain replacements for any worn or damaged parts.

Installation of the relay lever and shaft is the reverse of removal. Before you install the clamp bolt and nut, compress the spring washer bij installing a clamp (lijnmtang), Torque the nut to 8 - 11 mkg

Install the end caps and grease nipple. Then lubricat the relay lever shaft.
