Golf MK3 with KR engine

I have a golf mk3 with KR engine; the injection system is elctronic and & the electrical wires is RV, so i have to many problem such as the RPM is not stoping its always go up to 30 and get down to 9 and sometimes 7 and sometimes its switch off, so is there any body knows whats going on???????????????????????????????
