Default adversary_turbo - Bosnia and Herzegovina

My name is Roman, come from Bosnia and Herzegovina, 23 years old. My hobby is 402 street race.

My car is Golf mk2 syncro from 1986 year. I build forged engine by myself for this car, 2.0 16V TURBO.

Here's some pics of car and just some pics of engine parts

Welcome!

Looks really good! Do still have the original gearbox and the rest of the drivetrain. Or is that all Mk3 VR6 Syncro at the moment (for example)?

And do you some photo's from under the hood?
And last but not least, what is your wheelsize?

Tnx!

No, it's not original gearbox. I switch to gearbox from passat syncro g60 (and broke 2 and 3 gear many times because it's not enought to support this power). Now I put gears from vw transporter (they have really bigger tooths so I hope it will hold) in this syncro g60 gearbox. Even if this fail I'll look for 4motion gearbox from mk4.

Sorry, I'm not perfect in english. So I don't understand "And do you some photo's from under the hood?"

Wheelsize is 9x16.

Ah, well my english isn't perfect either. I forgot a word in that sentence. Should be:

Quote:
And do you have some photo's from under the hood?

And that means: Some photo's from under the bonnet, of the engine.

And while your are at it, some of the interior?

that golf really had a makeover during the past three years! They look like two completely different cars. Good job!

What are your best times on a quarter mile? I suppose you have tried it a lot, since you have been wrecking gear pairs a lot!

Here is some pics from the engine. I don't have pics from interior, but in this car I didn't do anything to interior (maybe I'll do it if future, maybe), everything is stock.

Thanks! I also rebuild all parts in car, now it's like a new one

Before I used 2.0 16V engine, in 2006 year, get some tropfies in 15.000-15.999.

In 2007 year I produced this turbo engine, but I had many problems with gearbox and some others, and very little chances to test car in real competition.
Best time is only 12.8xx, unfortunatly due to some problems while racing. It could easily go much better.

Now I have some works with engine, in 2008 year I expecting times under 12 seconds without problems.

I'm using K27/K24 hybrid turbo and Siemens/Deka 750cc injectors, as you can see in photo
