Mk4 Polo Engine Conversion Help

what engines could be easily swapped into an s reg mk4 1.6 and what would be needed for the swap, I'm thinking of either a g60, a mk3 golf gti 2ltr or maybe a mk2 golf gti lump or a vr6 any help would be appreciated thanks
