Technical question, how do the bolts center? Or better, why no self centering bolts?

its a oerly bbs wheel , i dont no why it not have a centerplate like the late rs wheels

512 bb and Testarossa have the same centers

the late 308 have others like RS 028 - 029

I was actually curios to the bolt holes, the 5 each on each wheel. Seems that for starters they would ruin the paint, plus not center like tapered holes for tapered bolts. Non-issue, because they're supposed to be like this, but was just wondering why..
