hello all, now i know i posted this in the international forum also, but i wanted to post it in the Dutch forum too. i want to get to know you lot more, seen as i live in Nederland. just started my Dutch lessons on monday and it went ok, so hopefully in about 5-6 months time i will be able to type in abit of Dutch!

found out about this site at the aircooled at the barn meet. ive been living in holland for nearly 2 years you may have seen my Beetle at the shows in Holland and Belgium this year, it was a right hand drive, white 1973, 1200 Bug with an Orange door.... the Beetle(Molly) is now completely Orange!

so if you see an English Orange Beetle at the european shows its most probably going to be me, come and say hello

oh and if you are the the proud owner of an Orange VW, aircooled or watercooled then theres a club just for you! we are called the Orange Dub Association..... go to www.orange-dub-association.com and say hello to all the ODAers

here is some pics
before

after

the course am on is just going straight into talking, not even learnt the alphbet or numbers! just got to get my tongue around some of the letters! i can listen to people talking Dutch and i understand some of what they are saying, but i find it hard to speak Dutch, had german lessons afew years ago, which helps. am hoping by the start of the next VW show season i will be able to chat to some of you in Dutch!
