instrumentenpaneel demonteren ?

Kan iemand mij vertellen hoe ik bij een Golf MK3 de tellerklok (instrumentenpaneel) moet demonteren ?

Lampje achter de toerenteller moet vervangen worden maar zie zo 1,2,3 ff niet hoe ik hem los krijg...
