ja ik ken die foto's wel... het mooie is dat er eigenlijk niks bijzonders aan is....

hoe groot ook, het is precies hetzelfde principe als elke ander motor

Nou als je 108.920 PK bij 102 rpm en 5.608.312 lb/ft bij 102rpm koppel niet bijzonder vindt??

Inderdaad dat is de 4e generatie common-rail inspuitsysteem. Dit systeem is afkomstig van de huidige Smart Fortwo :p

Wat dacht je van 1600 gallons per hour. 1 Gallon is bijna 4 liter dacht ik..

Hahahahahahaha idd, of net zoals een trein vroeger een wagon met kolen erachter, deze boot heeft dan een boot op sleeptouw die als brandstoftank dient

De techniek is op zich wel iets anders, het drijstang ontwerp is afwijkend, werkt met een soor tussenstang. Ook zie je op dit soort grote motoren vaak schuifkleppen of tweetaktprincipes....

Ik vind vooral die trap het carter in killer!!
