You mean the one you get when you buy an new car? If so, maybe you could look on Ebay.de they have "Slagfest PKW's" once in a while. Contact a seller and just asks if he has the manual as well and if he would like to sell it to you.
Of a manual like the Haynes and Bentley one? If we are talking about the maintenance manuals, I really don't have a clue what you could buy that is published in German.
