Waiting for the telefon to ring: the real-estate-guy will be phoning me within 'hours' to tell me abt the other 'my house'..

When it'll all work out with the 'brick' house, this house will go on a very very very (virgin style) tight budget.. Do like them wheels thought, but well, you know.
