I'd say that the exhaust cam was the best $150 and trading stuff at the wrecker I spent on my car (I say $150 b/c of the $120 autotech cam gear and $30 at machine shop).
You have to cut off the part that would stick out of the head and go to the timing belt sprocket. If you open your oil cap you can see where your intake cam is cut off. Then you have to shave like 1/8"-1/4" on the other end where the distributor would hook up; there is a seal there that may get hit.
oh yeah.... lining the thing up:
set your cams side by side....... line them up visually
When at TDC the exhaust cam (on exhaust side) dot will be lined up as in the bently. The new intake cam dot should be almost perpendicular to the exhaust cam dot, it is pointing up. The dot should be just to the right of pointing straight up. I think there are 6 gear notch thingies on the sprocket between the stock dot and the new dot (counting clockwise) Make sure you spin the engine a few times by hand, just in case you don't line it up right. Don't worry if you don't get it right the first, second, third, or fourth time (I didn't). And if the car runs like poop, wait a few days, start adjusting poop if it still doesn't run right.

This cam is suppossed to be great for forced induction. I'm guessing it is because the intercam timing is off (so both intake and exhaust sides aren't open at same time)
