46mm wheel/axle nut is referred to as a "big nut" transmission and was used from the factory on all buses from 64 to 67. It will, fit in any year bus though. The big nut transmission also has a higher gearing due to the 1500cc engine that was used with it, and is also rated at 1ton load capacity unlike the 36mm nut which was used 63 and earlier with the smaller engines and was only 3/4 ton.
