Wrong; the new Mini was already under development when BMW came in.
Thats why there isn't a single original BMW part under the hood.
The engine is of somekind of South-American origin, while gearbox is French (SAXO !).
If BMW did the whole development, there wouldn't be a SINGLE foreign part in the car.. |
