Well i finished my corrado light swap, and i have to say i i love it!

Materials:
-Corrado Headlights
-Aero Upper Grill Spoiler (JOM)
-2 Stock Aero Grills
-Aero Rad Support
-30 Dremel Cut Off Wheels
-misc nuts and bolts
-paint and clear coat

and here it is: (sorry for bad lighting ill post better pics when i can)

(Turn Signals Relocated to light housings...awaiting shaved bumper)

all in all it was a lot easier than i anticipated. I simply cut the rad support to fit the lights and modified the lights a little to fit. The Corrado lights mount a lot differently than aeros do, so i ended up bolting them through the top of the rad support and making a bracket for the bottom. I used an Aero grill and debadged it with donor slats from another grill. The Corrado Lights are wider so the grill had to be cut to accomodate. I used two Aero lower grill trim pieces (yes they are currently held on with zip ties :P ) but they are well placed zip ties . Its not perfect yet (lights arent properly aimed yet, and the grill needs a little fitment work along the bottom). I plan to run relays soon with some nice bright bulbs. thanks for looking,
