that brings back memories, i first saw that car way back in the late 80s in "Chrome & Vlammen" magazine. they also featured a white bug with gulwing doors (which was done much more tastefull then this one) and a custum type 3 squareback (altough at the time i didn't realise it was a VW, let alone an aircooled one).
i mist have them mags somewhere, i'll try to dig them out and scan some pics.
