What's the story behind this town? Was it modelled to look like a European mountain village? Where in CA is it (never heard about it)?

This Northeast Georgia village has a rich history linked to the Cherokee Indians and Indian burial mounds as well as early settlers who arrived to mine for gold and cut virgin timber for a thriving lumber industry in the early 1900Ã*s. Now celebrating its thirty-fifth year as a mountain community with a touch of Bavaria, Helen boasts a wide array of attractions. And this was a statement by one of the people that put on the event.

This was a very bad situation, and no she was not a local. She was from somewhere in VA. Had a very lengthy conversation with the HPD Chief and it seems she was, well let me stop there and just tell you what the Police have to say about the Dub scene. They really enjoy seeing the people and cars and they said that for a group as large as ours that the incidents were "minimal". And they will continue to endorse SOWO but they remind us that it's up to the Dub community to look out for each other.

I met Santi at the Go Kart track and he seemed like a really cool person who was taking things in stride. I hate it for anyone that effs up one of there own.
